Mountain holiday in Trentino: so many outdoor activities for large and small alike

Molveno offers a number of easy mountain walks where children and adults alike can have fun together in the great outdoors. The route to Baita Fortini of Molveno is one such walk!

From the hotel, walk the entire length of the Lake Molveno shore towards the campsite. Just before you reach the campsite you will find some steps; climb them and continue along the panoramic path that runs along the lake. The path will take you across the Roman Bridge and the Rio Ceda waterfall.

You will then come to an ascent that will take you to the crossroads to reach Baita dei Fortini: don’t give up, it is steep but short and then you’re almost there!
Baita is renowned for its food so, after your exertions, why not treat yourself to a delicious lunch or dessert? On your way back, we recommend a quick stop at the ruins of Napoleon’s Fort.
The excursion is easy and also suitable for children.
