Trekking in the Brenta Dolomites, from Molveno to the Croz dell'Altissimo Lodge

During your summer holiday in Molveno you can choose from a number of different routes that will take you through the Brenta Dolomites and the surrounding area. Today, I would like to tell you about a beautiful walking route that will take you to the Croz dell'Altissimo Lodge.

There are two ways to reach the lodge, both equally beautiful:

From the town of Molveno:

Walk the entirety of via Belvedere (at the top of the town of Molveno) and, after the cross, take the uphill path on the left that takes you to the Molveno plateau: walk through meadows and along forest roads until you reach the beautiful wooded plateau of Pradel. From there, take path 340 that will take you to the Croz dell'Altissimo Lodge, where you can enjoy stunning views of the Dolomites.

From Pradel:

This route is quicker and easier. Pradel is easy to reach with the Molveno ski lift. Once in Pradel, take the flat path 340 that will lead you to the Croz dell'Altissimo Lodge in little more than an hour. Easy! Here you can have lunch and try traditional Trentino dishes.
