Rio Sass Canyon is definitely something unique and incredibly beautiful, a hidden treasure of Trentino. A real labyrinth carved by water and set up with walkways and ladders that wind through ravines, waterfalls, fossils, potholes, stalactites and stalagmites for about two and a half kilometers. What makes it even more impressive is definitely the presence of a peculiar flora characterized by red and green algae, mosses and ferns. In the last ten years the trail has been extended to the Bagni di Fondo locality where in the past there was a small spa of which some ruins remain. A perfect trip for the whole family, even children can participate without any problems accompanied by their parents and an experienced local guide.
