HOTEL AND APARTMENT GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Your stay begins with lunch or dinner on the day of your arrival and always ends with breakfast on the day of your departure. It is not possible to offset lunch on the day of departure with meals not taken during your stay.

Supplements

Additional bed or cot in the apartment: €5.00 per day.

One-night stay in the hotel: €8.00 supplementary charge per person per day; for 2-night stays: €5.00 per person per day.

Apartment stay for less than 7 days: €35.00 for final cleaning.

Arrival and departure times

The rooms, junior suites and suites are available from 12 p.m. on the day of your arrival and check out is by 10 a.m. on the day of your departure.

The Tulipano (Tulip) apartments are available from 2 p.m. on the day of your arrival and check-out is by 10 a.m. on the day of your departure.

Deposit and payments

A deposit of €250.00 is required to secure a booking, paid by bank transfer to HOTEL LIDO - MOLVENO

to  specifying in the reference field: "Deposit for stay from... to..." and the name in which the booking has been made.

Cancellations

Should you wish to cancel, please inform us in writing with as much notice as possible. There shall be no cancellation fee if notice is received more than 4 weeks before the scheduled arrival date. The deposit shall be refunded. The deposit shall be retained for cancellations received between 7 days and 4 weeks prior to the scheduled arrival date.

For cancellations received within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date, 40% of the cost of the booked stay shall be charged if the room cannot be filled.

The entire cost of the stay shall be charged for stays of 3 days or fewer.

The full amount of the stay will be charged in the event of late arrival or early departure. We accept the following payment methods: debit card, Mastercard and Visa credit cards, bank cheques and cash.
