When does my stay start?
The stay begins with dinner on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.
When will my room be ready?
You will be able to enter your room from 2 p.m. While waiting, you can check in as early as the morning, park your car and use the garden and common areas to start your vacation right away.
When will I have to leave my room?
Check out is expected by 10 a.m.
When and how can I pay the bill?
Your vacation bill will be ready the day before departure starting at 6 p.m.
You can settle your bill by instant bank transfer, Mastercard or Visa credit card, ATM card, bank check or cash.
At the time of booking, do I have to send a deposit?
Yes, a deposit by bank transfer or credit card is required for final confirmation of a reservation.
The amount of the deposit is 25 % of the total amount of the stay.
What happens if I can't go on my vacation?
In case of cancellation we kindly ask for prompt information in writing. There is no charge for cancellation if it occurs 21 days before arrival, in which case the deposit will be returned to you.
For cancellations beyond 21 days in advance, the deposit will be retained.
Is it possible to take out insurance for my vacation?
At the time of booking, you can opt for the BE SAFE insured rate, which provides immediate payment for your entire stay with the option of requesting a refund if you are forced to cancel your trip.
What are the times for breakfast and dinner?
Breakfast is served in the dining hall from 7:45 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Dinner starts at 7:30 p.m. and you can enter the dining hall until 8:15 p.m.
If I get hungry in the afternoon?
From 3 to 5 p.m., a sweet and savory buffet snack is available for all our guests. You can sit down to enjoy it in the common areas, at the bar and on the terrace.
Is parking available?
For the duration of your vacation you will have parking space in our two private parking lots.
